Hatif launches bundled products for Jordan Telecom (May
31, 2003)
AMMAN (Hatif) — Jordan Telecom and Hatif Telecom have signed
a commercial agreement whereby Jordan Telecom customers can now
purchase bundled monthly minutes (airtime) from Jordan Telecom in
addition to a Hatif Telecom telephones when subscribing to new PSTN
lines. This new offer from Jordan Telecom shall be branded under
Mazaya.
Nidal Sowan, Hatif's Sales & Marketing director commented after
the signing of the agreement: "the concept of bundling airtime with
handsets is extremely attractive to both the Jordanian customer and
Jordan Telecom. The high quality of our products backed by a strong
after-sales service makes this offering all the more attractive. We
expect good feedback from users and we will be monitoring this
closely whilst introducing different handsets including cordless
telephones".
Mazaya bundles are available at all Jordan Telecom sales centers
throughout Jordan.
Hatif launches a unique product (April
29, 2001)
AMMAN (Hatif) — Hatif Telecom has launched its "PLUS"
series of telephones that incorporate Hatif Telecom's patent pending full
electricity protection solution.
"We have developed this new feature as part of our
continuous efforts to differentiate Hatif Telecom products from
those of our competition" says Hatif Telecom Sales &
Marketing Manager Nidal Sowan. This new feature, identified by
"PLUS", protects the telephones from any damages due
to excessive electrical currents when the user connects the
telephone plug to an ac outlet by mistake.
The Plus Telephones will be able to withstand
extreme electrical conditions without any need to perform any
after-sales service to replace defective electronic components such
as blown fuses. "Even if the customer connects the telephone to
an ac outlet by mistake, and picks up the handset, thereby effectively
opening the telephone's circuit to a high ac current, our Plus
Telephones, will simply ring continuously, alerting the user to the
problem, without any damages whatsoever".
The Plus feature is currently available on Hatif Telecom's Caller ID
Telephone HT-900CID PLUS in Jordan and will be available soon on all
other models as an option.
Hatif launches e-orders (December 12,
2000)
AMMAN (Hatif) — Hatif Telecom has launched its e-orders service
on its www.hatiftelecom.com site. Customers will now be able to
order Hatif products over the Internet in a simple, easy-to-use
order method.
"We are very excited," says Hatif Telecom Managing Director
Amer Al-Muhaisen. "This move is in line with our mission of
improving service and adopting up-to-date methods to keep up with
the times. We want to be able to reach our customers wherever they
are. And not only that, but we also want our customers to be able
to reach us directly with their feedback on our products and services.
Afterall, at Hatif Telecom, the customer comes first." He added
that Hatif was very keen on improving its website and ensured weekly,
if not, daily updates of the site and what it had to offer.
This move by Hatif is an innovative step in the country. Very few
manufacturers in Jordan have taken such a stride by offering e-order
services.
This service has just been launched and Hatif Telecom looks forward
to feedback from
its loyal customers.
